Card overview

The former Club Swan platform integrated membership services, a digital asset wallet, multi-currency payment accounts, and a physical card into a single system, with financial services primarily provided by Nvayo Limited. After registering, users selected a membership tier, completed identity verification, and funded their accounts. They could then convert between accounts denominated in USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies and crypto assets before spending with the card. The last publicly available product tiers were Starter, Premier, VIP, and Chairman, with higher tiers offering aluminium or stainless steel cards. On August 8, 2023, the UK FCA restricted Nvayo from continuing to provide electronic money services without consent. On February 10, 2025, Nvayo entered special administration due to insolvency. clubswan.com no longer displays the original card products and has become a Polish-language financial technology news website.

Notice: Club Swan-related card and electronic-money services ceased normal operation on 2023/08/08. On 2025/02/10, its electronic-money and prepaid card service provider, Nvayo Limited, entered special administration due to insolvency. Verification of affected customers' funds, submission of claims and the return of safeguarded funds eligible for repayment are being handled by the special administrators. Club Swan Card can no longer be applied for or used.

Selbst Ultima Members hat in seinem letzten Schreiben erklärt, dass Club Swan für die Auszahlung zuständig ist. Seitdem ist alles stillgelegt, es gibt keine Auszahlung, keine Reaktion, keine Verantwortung. Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass Club Swan bewusst mit Ultima zusammengearbeitet hat, um Gelder verschwinden zu lassen. Vertrauen ist gleich null.

I transfered usdt to the club swan address like normal. I went to sell it to usd and it says temporarly unable to complete transaction. Chat with a rep and they said they are doing enhancements. I was not given a prior notice. They said they started this the 28th of June. I did not know till the 29th when I tried to do the transaction. Second chat and they said it was an unexpected error and both times have no idea when it will be fixed. WTH? My money is stuck and I need it asap. All I get are excuses. I need my money. On top of this they did manage to take the 35 dollar monthly fee from my card. Pissed! It is now the 4th of JUlY and no resolution. My money is still stuck. As of 7-7-23 no changes. Money is still stuck in their system! Stay far the hell away from clubswan!

their support team are really helpful

their support team are really helpful, despite multiple issues (crypto, card not working and 2fa) i encountered they are able to provide resolution immediately. they even provided options for me on how will i be able to access my funds without delays. in fact, i was mad at first but when they thouroughly explained the process to me i am able to understand on how will i use my account without any issues in the future and the fun fact, is that they provide all information which is so easy to understand. Great Job!!
