MEXC × ether.fi Card is a Visa Signature crypto-collateralised credit card jointly offered by MEXC and ether.fi to eligible users who newly register with ether.fi through MEXC's dedicated access point. Users can settle purchases directly with stablecoins in the ether.fi Vault or use digital assets such as ETH and weETH as collateral in Borrow Mode to obtain spending credit. This allows them to pay Visa merchants worldwide without directly selling the collateral assets and earn USDC spending cashback.
MEXC is a globally recognized cryptocurrency trading platform offering spot, futures, derivatives trading, and diversified digital asset wealth management services to a broad user base. The platform is known for its fast asset listing and low trading fees, serving users across multiple countries and regions worldwide.
MEXC × ether.fi Card is not a standard MEXC Card that directly deducts USDT from an MEXC trading account. It is a Visa Signature credit card built on the ether.fi Cash non-custodial Vault. Users first complete MEXC Advanced KYC, then create a new ether.fi account through the dedicated MEXC entry point and activate the co-branded card. Direct Pay currently prioritises direct settlement using USDC and LiquidUSD. Borrow Mode allows users to obtain credit using eligible digital assets in the Vault as collateral while continuing to hold those assets, but outstanding borrowing balances accrue interest and carry liquidation risk if the collateral ratio declines. The MEXC co-branded version currently provides only a virtual card.

MEXC EXCHANGE IS A SCAM
MEXC’s P2P system is a complete SCAM. I paid a merchant approved by MEXC and provided screenshots and video proof, yet MEXC refused to resolve the fraud and told me to contact local authorities.
What is the point of an appeal system if MEXC simply refuses to protect users?
This experience makes MEXC look like a scam platform that protects fraudulent merchants. I want my money back or my USDT. Completely unacceptable.

The exchange deliberately provides misleading indicators to deceive users and seize their assets. Specifically, the Fair Price is used to calculate the Liquidation Price, while actual trading uses the Latest Price. In that case, when users want to add margin to prevent liquidation, what price should they base their decision on? This loophole is a method used by the exchange to manipulate the indicators and push the Fair Price significantly lower than the Latest Price in order to liquidate users’ assets. Meanwhile, the exchange’s user guidelines claim to protect users, stating that the Fair Price is designed to stabilize market prices and prevent market manipulation. This is absolutely ridiculous and deceptive.

Hi, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you described and understand your concerns regarding the liquidation mechanism. On MEXC Futures, forced liquidation is calculated based on the Fair Price, not the Last Price (Latest Price). This is a standard industry practice designed to protect users from unnecessary liquidations caused by temporary price spikes, low liquidity, or potential market manipulation. The Fair Price is derived from the Index Price and other factors to provide a more stable and representative market value. When deciding whether to add margin, we recommend monitoring the Fair Price and your estimated liquidation price shown on the trading interface, as these are the values used by the system. You can find detailed explanations here: What is Fair Price: https://www.mexc.com/learn/article/3-key-prices-in-futures-trading-what-are-index-price-fair-price-and-last-price-/1

If you have questions about a specific liquidation order, please contact our 24/7 live chat and provide your MEXC UID. Our team will be happy to review the details with you.Futures trading involves significant risks and may not be suitable for all investors. We strongly recommend using risk management tools such as stop-loss/take-profit orders and trading with lower leverage.Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and improve.
Unclear system does not allow proper use of the platform, bad customer service.
I am just a normal user, that have some amounts < 1000 or crypto. I have tried on 3 occasions to open a MEXC account, and for no clear reason they tag my account as "risk tagged" and I cannot use the earn products which were my goal.
After nearly six months, I can say my experience with MEXC falls short of disappointment.
Supposedly, the platform would have a system where you can submit documents to lift restrictions, however such system is inoperant. I have contacted customer service, which was also unhelpful.
My impression is of an automated system, with very little of bad quality customer service.

MEXC UID: 19262378
I believe MEXC’s promotional campaign is misleading and potentially fraudulent.
I joined because the promotion advertised rewards for signup and KYC. I completed Advanced KYC and received confirmation that my verification was successful. But after providing my personal information, my Rewards Hub showed 0.00 USDT and no available reward.
Instead, I was immediately pushed toward depositing 50 USDT to unlock another “reward.”
I feel I made a mistake by completing KYC based on this promotion. I do not want to deposit or trade, and I am now deleting my account.
My main concern is that MEXC has already collected my KYC/personal information while the advertised reward has not been provided.
I am reporting this so MEXC does not use misleading promotions to collect users’ personal information and then push them toward deposits/trading.
Please review UID 19262378 and clearly explain what will happen to my KYC data and why the advertised reward was not credited.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Their p2p system which I used is full of scammers. For, one where the other party fabricated evidence and even though both sides gave evidence they still sided with seller and gave no reason as to why. As well as this they give little time to respond to appeals and did not care about time zone differences. They give no way to get money back and now I am left with over $50 in lost money.
Would not recomend at all. If they seller has bad intentions their system is made for you to lose. They will side with the seller despite giving all correct information.

MEXC holds 0.07 BTC for 3 weeks and failed 24h deadline
I want to bring a situation with the MEXC crypto exchange into the public eye (Main Ticket No. G2026072714441. This story has been ongoing since July 23, 2026, and has turned into a vicious cycle of systemic chaos, ignored evidence, and direct sabotage of their own promises.
1. Chronology & The July 27 Paradox:
July 23: I personally contacted support requesting a temporary account freeze due to a risk of unauthorized access by third parties.
July 27: I successfully passed the identity verification (KYC) procedure. MEXC Security officially recognized me as the rightful owner, changed the linked email to di*****m****il.com, unlinked the phone number, and reset the security settings.
Withdrawal Block: As soon as access was restored, withdrawals were blocked, and they began demanding proof of the source of funds for past months.
The Main Paradox: On July 27, the provided set of documents was ENOUGH for the exchange to transfer account ownership to me and change all secret data. But to lift the withdrawal restriction, these exact same documents are suddenly "not enough."
2. Provided Evidence and Fighting Compliance's "Blindness":
I provided 100% of the requested materials, but faced a complete unwillingness from the security department to actually review them:
Chaturbate Confirmation: The exchange demanded to see the technical mailing email. I contacted their direct support (supp******te.com) and provided their official response with cryptographic signatures (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) explicitly confirming the TXID.
Continuous Video Recording: I recorded an unedited, continuous video showing my face, passport, a handwritten note, and live logins via Google/Steam to all requested platforms: plg (BTC), Polymarket (USDT), Tonkeeper (GRAM), and tf2lavka (USDT).
Official PDF Statement: For the tf2lavka platform, which technically does not have a TXID withdrawal button on its interface, I contacted their administration (@TF2lavka_support) and received an official PDF operation statement, which I attached to the ticket.
Ignoring Video Evidence: In response to a continuous 4-minute video with live logins, support sent a template reply: "You only sent screenshots of emails." I had to manually break down the video second-by-second (from 00:00 to 04:15) to force the compliance managers to simply open the file and look at the live screens!
3. Systemic Chaos, Clone Tickets, and Goalpost Moving:
During the investigation, MEXC support demonstrated absolute internal desynchronization:
Clone Tickets: Support themselves spawned duplicate tickets (No. E2026072314321, No. G2026072317131, No. G2026073114211), sending identical template demands in them, and then their own system gave me an error: "Please do not submit multiple tickets for the same issue."
Demanding Non-Existent Features: Compliance demanded a video recording of a TXID interface on websites where such a button technically does not exist. When official PDF statements and digitally signed emails were provided, support claimed: "documents cannot replace the website interface."
Endless Goalpost Moving: On July 28, they stated we were at the "final step" of verification. As soon as I completed it, they simply started requesting completely new transactions from half a year ago.
4. Ignoring All Communication Channels and Missing the 24-Hour Deadline:
I tried to resolve the issue through all possible official exchange channels:
Telegram Administrator (@blanklqq_MEXC): On August 9, the official Russian-speaking administrator took my UID and promised to escalate the ticket. On the 6th day of waiting (August 11), I directly offered the administrator additional ironclad evidence: a statement from the custodial exchange OKX with fully matching KYC details, as well as the history of my personal Solana wallet (from which deposits were made to MEXC 2 years ago) with a readiness to make a test On-Chain transaction for 100% proof of ownership. To all my offers to help the investigation and speed up the process, the administrator merely replied with templates: "You need to wait for a response on your ticket" and "The check is still ongoing, please wait for a response."
Conclusion:
All comprehensive legal, technical, and video evidence has been provided in full. All possible internal communication channels (tickets, Telegram administrator, live chat on the website) have been exhausted, and the deadlines set by support themselves have been failed.
I call upon an official MEXC representative to comment on this precedent, conduct a manual review of ticket G2026072714441, and immediately unblock withdrawals on my account.

Non-Compliant Data Withholding & High-Risk Practices
This exchange blocks full transaction history access, violating statutory data protection laws like GDPR. Operating entirely without compliance, it enforces arbitrary delistings, drops mainnet support without notice, fails to provide audit-ready tax statements, and relies exclusively on automated chatbots when accounts are locked.
Avoiding MEXC is basic risk management. Offshore non-compliance means absorbing all counterparty risk from withheld financial ledgers and stranded assets to locked accounts with zero human support. Modern regulations exist precisely to weed out platforms that prioritize high-risk fees over user safety.
