Notice: The original PEXX Visa card programme ceased operations on 2026/01/11. Both virtual Visa and physical Visa cards were terminated, and transactions on the old Visa cards stopped from 17:00 (UTC+8) on 2026/01/13. PEXX subsequently changed its Mastercard issuing partner and relaunched on 2026/07/06.

Customer service is kinda eh. I was excited to use the digital card for Apple Pay. Used it, apple paid a scam website with it. The website ended up charging my digital card nonstop. So, I froze the digital card and asked for a new card since the current one is compromised. Waited 4 weeks to hear a "helpful" answer back and it's not really helpful at all. $35 mastercard fee to chargeback the scam transactions... No options to block/delete card and get a new card. So basically the feature I am most excited to use, Apple Pay with the digital card, is no longer usable..
