Card overview

PlasBit combines a custodial crypto wallet, asset conversion, and bank card payments in one account. After completing identity and address verification, users can transfer supported assets such as BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and TRX from PlasBit Wallet to a reloadable card. The system converts the corresponding value into a US dollar or euro card balance. Prepaid cards instead carry a fixed, one-time US dollar balance and cannot be reloaded after use. The current product page lists Virtual Euro, Plastic Euro, Virtual USD, Plastic USD, and three prepaid cards with denominations of 25, 50, and 100 US dollars. Virtual debit cards are mainly intended for online spending, while prepaid cards can be linked to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Plastic cards add chip, PIN, contactless payment, and ATM withdrawal functionality. As of August 5, 2026, the platform has suspended issuance of all new plastic and metal cards and directs users to join a waiting list. Reloadable cards are issued in partnership with Wirex BaaS.

First of all, let’s clear things up. You NEVER DEPOSITED any money with us, NEVER HAD ANYTHING taken from you, and still received our service and two cards COMPLETELY FREE? You were trying to order a USD plastic card while living in Germany, so our team wanted to make sure that this was actually the card you intended to order rather than the EUR plastic card. Instead of processing something that might not have been what you wanted, we contacted you directly to confirm it. We sent you two emails in German, in real time, asking you to confirm whether you wanted the EUR or USD plastic card and offering to help you complete the order. We never received a response to either email. While waiting for your answer, we manually assigned you two virtual cards, one in EUR and one in USD, completely FREE, so you can check them and see that our cards work. So the facts are, you never deposited anything, so there couldn't be anything taken from you, you received two cards for free, and our team tried twice to confirm that you received the right card that matches your needs before proceeding with the plastic card. Leaving all of that out gives a very different picture of what actually happened. If you genuinely wanted this resolved, all you had to do was answer our emails instead of posting a review. We were trying to look out for you and make sure you received the card that made the most sense for your needs. Our team was available to help you then, we are available now, and we are still waiting for your response.
