Ruvo combines a USD account, Pix, non-custodial USDT wallet, ACH/Wire transfers, and a Visa card in one app. Users can obtain digital USD balances via BRL, USD, or USDT, then decide how much to load onto the card, which constitutes the card's available credit limit; unused card balances can be transferred back to the Ruvo Wallet. The official definition is a secured credit card, not a traditional postpaid credit card. The virtual card is the default form and can be added directly to Apple Pay and Google Pay; a physical card can be requested as needed and supports travel, hotels, and other scenarios requiring a physical card. USD purchases incur no foreign exchange fee; non-USD purchases incur a 1% foreign transaction fee.
