Card overview

Simple App consists of a self-custodial wallet, stablecoin transfers, asset swaps, IBAN, and card features. The current USDC Simplecard is part of the Crypto Card Program (Non-Custodial), with Simple Europe UAB providing the app and technical entry point, while the actual card program is provided, issued, and managed by Wirex and its affiliates. Users must submit proof of identity and address when applying; after approval, the virtual card is activated instantly. The physical card is still in development. For top-ups, users can convert USDC or USDT from the Simple wallet and load them onto the card balance; after transactions, funds can also be withdrawn back to the wallet as crypto assets. Simple's original Stored Assets Ltd custodial wallet ceased commercial operations on June 30, 2026, but the self-custodial wallet and non-custodial Crypto Card continue to operate normally.
