Card overview

SwissBorg Card connects SwissBorg's digital asset wallet to the Mastercard payment network. The base currency is EUR for cardholders in the European Economic Area, CHF in Switzerland, and GBP in the UK. Payments are deducted from the user's designated primary crypto asset. If its balance is insufficient, eligible backup assets may be used, with real-time conversion into the card's base currency. If the merchant's settlement currency differs, a further conversion is performed at the Mastercard exchange rate. The current formal issuance phase primarily offers a virtual card, which can be used directly for online payments and for in-person contactless payments through digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Curve. Refunds are generally returned to the corresponding base fiat account. ATM cash withdrawals are not yet available.

3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canada is outside the current card issuance area, but it is not included in SwissBorg’s restricted-country list for card transactions.

Had an account for about a year brought some btc and it's locked up for 10 days, tried contacting support, ai response says something about being new customer blah blah would i like to start a ticket to speak to a support team member, but that just ends up saying we're busy and will get back to you and then the chat times out so back where you started. SwissBorg is not safe

SwissBorg is not safe 1. Their security is weak compared to other platforms. I was very easily hacked and $81k was stolen from my SwissBorg account. The same hackers tried to infiltrate 3 other platforms and were shut down with a small loss at one of the platforms before the account was serured. 2. A platform where I had a minor loss before they shut down the account, voluntarily repaid fees on notifying i was hacked. SwissBorg would not offer the same courtesy even when asked for 3. SwissBorg automated response systems are good. But to try get human support is weak. I got a response only after a month, and only after Multiple attempts, and finally only under duress.
