Wise: International Transfers Google Play review - 1 star

Worst customer support I've ever got from a banking/financial solution provider. Whatever I ask them through support. they just tell me, like a parrot, that they can't check the details. Then why are you giving support, dumbass? My account got restricted, and they are going to close it for not verifying my address. Then I appealed and submitted all the required documents that they asked for. Even after submitting all the legal documents I got from the govt. for my LLC, they closed my AC.
Official reply
Hi there, account deactivation isn't something we take lightly. It's normally a result of a conflict with our Terms of Service or Customer Agreement. We can't share the exact reason of the deactivation due to how we're regulated. If there's a mistake, you can file an appeal. For help, contact us at: http://wi.se/help, or via social media. -Wise

They redirect your money without consent or even warning, and when you query they are slow and rude, and terminate the conversation. Not to be trusted.
Official reply
Hey Zoran, we understand how frustrating it can be when you’re trying to understand what happened to your money and don’t get the answers you need. If you’re facing an issue with a transfer or payment, drop us a PM/DM on Instagram, Facebook or X with your membership number so we can look into this with you. -Wise

Good day, I'm wondering when the money sent by my employer on Sept 14, 2026 will be returned because my account has been closed but it hasn't been credited to my balance... It's been 9 days now and the money hasn't been refunded... thank you so much..
Official reply
Hey Melmar. As previously mentioned, any cancelled transfers would most likely be refunded within 10 working days, depending on payment method. If it hasn't been refunded after 10 working days, do reach out to us via wi.se/help so we can take a closer look and see what's happening. -Wise
