Use case: The Nexo Card is a dual-mode crypto payment card offered by Nexo. In Debit Mode, users can directly spend crypto assets, stablecoins, and FiatX balances held in their accounts. In Credit Mode, they can obtain spending capacity backed by crypto assets without selling those assets before payment. The card settles through the Mastercard network and is available as a virtual or physical card for online purchases, in-store payments, subscriptions, and ATM withdrawals. It is currently primarily available to eligible residents of Europe and Argentina.

Use case: The Mercuryo Spend Card is a euro-denominated virtual Mastercard that can be funded with crypto assets. Users sell supported assets including BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC and convert them into a euro balance, after which they can pay online using the card details or add the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for in-store contactless purchases. The card is available to citizens of the European Economic Area and legal residents of the European Union. It does not offer a physical card or ATM withdrawals.

Use case: The official service name of the Kolo Card is KOLO Spend Card. It is a virtual debit card connecting the Kolo non-custodial crypto wallet to the Visa payment network. Users can deposit assets including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and LTC. At the time of purchase, the assets are automatically converted into local fiat currency for online and in-store payments through Apple Pay or Google Pay. The personal card offers Bitcoin spending cashback and also supports transfers of crypto assets to SEPA bank accounts.

Use case: The Kem Infinity Card is a stablecoin spending card introduced by Kem and is referred to as the Kem Spend Card in the current legal terms. Users can convert supported assets such as USDT and USDC into a US dollar spending balance and use a Visa virtual or physical card for online shopping, in-store purchases, and Apple Pay payments. The card has no monthly fee or activation fee and offers up to 5% crypto asset cashback at designated food delivery, mobility, e-commerce, and airline merchants.

Use case: The official name of the Karma Card is the Karma Spend Card, a stablecoin spending card that connects a non-custodial crypto wallet, a personal virtual bank account, and the Visa network. Users can automatically convert EUR, USD, or GBP transferred from their bank into USDC, or directly deposit on-chain assets, and then use the virtual card for online purchases, Apple Pay contactless payments, and ATM withdrawals. The card offers a 0% APR on purchases and provides crypto rewards tied to $KARMA tiers.

Use case: The Holyheld Card is a crypto debit card connecting a self-custodial crypto wallet, a euro electronic money account, and the Mastercard payment network. Users can connect wallets including MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby, and Trust Wallet and convert USDC, USDT, and other liquid assets on supported networks into euros for spending through a virtual card, plastic physical card, or metal card. The product provides a personal IBAN, SEPA transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ATM withdrawals, and up to 1% USDC spending cashback.

Use case: The Ether.fi Cash Card is a Visa credit card connected to an ether.fi non-custodial crypto asset account. Users can pay directly with USDC or LiquidUSD held in a Vault, or borrow USDC against eligible crypto assets to fund purchases. The card is available as a virtual card, plastic physical card, and metal card. It can be used for online shopping, in-store card payments, mobile wallets, and ATM withdrawals, with up to 3% USDC cashback based on membership tier.

Use case: The Cypher Card is a multichain crypto asset Visa card introduced by CypherD Wallet Inc. It previously offered virtual cards, PVC physical cards, and metal cards. Users could convert supported assets such as USDC, ETH, and SOL from a self-custodial wallet and top up a separate card balance for online shopping, in-store purchases, mobile wallets, and ATM withdrawals. Cypher has been acquired by Nium, and the platform is now being shut down. New applications, card issuance, and top-ups have ended, and all existing cards will stop working on August 7, 2026.

Use case: CoinW Card is a series of crypto asset spending cards offered by CoinW, including Mastercard and Visa virtual cards as well as a Visa physical card. Users can top up the card with USDT, and the funds are converted to USD for use in international e-commerce, software subscriptions, advertising, mobile wallets, offline merchants, and ATM withdrawals. Virtual cards can be applied for in as fast as about five minutes, while the physical card offers PIN, 3D Secure, and cash withdrawal features. It is generally aimed at global users outside mainland China.

Use case: The Coinbase Card is a Visa crypto prepaid debit card offered by Coinbase, issued to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, and select European Economic Area countries. Users can choose USD, GBP, EUR, USDC, or eligible crypto assets in their account as payment funds; when using crypto assets, Coinbase automatically sells the assets and converts them to local fiat currency at the time of the transaction. The card offers an instant virtual card and a physical card, usable for online purchases, in-store payments, subscription payments, and ATM withdrawals.
