Card overview

Bitsa integrates a euro e-money account, Visa card, personal IBAN, and crypto exchange in one app. After identity verification, users can obtain a virtual card and apply for a physical card as needed. Top-up methods include bank card, bank transfer, voucher, and crypto assets. When using cryptocurrency to top up, Bitnovo handles the conversion of assets to euros, which then enter the user's Bitsa account balance. The account currently offers three plans: Free, Move, and Pro, each with different limits on balance, top-up, spending, ATM, and multiple cards. Bitsa supports multiple physical and virtual Visa cards managed independently, and can also be used for in-store purchases via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

HEAR ME OUT Bitsa IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! i WAS parked in my car trying to pull my cash out, squinting through the sun, and SUDDENLY!!!! The display went dark and Bitsa FROZE on me!!!! Just QUIT yelling and finish your nuggets Timmy!!!! They took it all, my entire balance vanished and they REJECTED my cash-out request!!!! i could not reach anyone on their worthless help line!!!! i was sobbing on the driveway (;︵;) but praise god Maestro Resolve SAVED THE DAY!!! They are the ONLY ones who can sort this disaster because the whole app is a rip-off!!!! NEVER TRUST THEM!!!!

Account Blocked, Funds Withheld, No Response

My experience with Bitsa has been extremely disappointing. My account was blocked after receiving several bank transfers, and I was asked to provide documentation proving the origin of the funds and the transfers. I promptly submitted all the requested documents, including proof of the transfers and an explanation of their origin. Since then, I have received no response whatsoever. My account remains blocked, my funds are still being withheld, and the transfers have not been returned to the senders. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer support by email and telephone, but my calls are rejected and my emails go unanswered. It is completely unacceptable for a financial company to retain a customer's funds indefinitely without providing a decision, a clear explanation, or even a timeline for resolving the case. If the documentation I provided was insufficient, I would expect to be informed of exactly what additional information is required. Instead, I have been met with complete silence. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it by filing formal complaints with the relevant financial regulators and consumer protection authorities, and I will pursue all legal remedies available to recover my funds. I sincerely hope this review prompts Bitsa to finally review my case and either restore access to my account or return my funds without any further unjustified delay.

Utilizzo Bitsa da ormai un bel po‘ di tempo, mi trovo / trovavo bene Ma dal 7 luglio a causa di un bonifico in entrata il mio conto è stato congelato, e sono impossibilitato a accedere e ad usufruire dei mie fondi, questo danno mi sta causando stress e complicazioni, ho scritto anche a pecunpay l’ente a cui si appoggia Bitsa ma niente da fare. Il loro atteggiamento quasi fraudolento mi fa riflettere ora sul fatto che Bitsa per me abbia perso molto e molti punti. Assistenza clienti che non risponde quando in realtà prima di questo problema rispondevano dopo 2/3 ore ormai ho quasi perso le speranze e agirò per vie legali, mi trovo all estero bloccato senza poter comprare cibo e altri beni primari per colpa loro, ho mandato tutta la documentazione riguardante il trasferimento ma niente da fare ripeto non risponde nessuno.
