Choise.com Card

Updated: Aug 7, 2026

The Choise.com Card is a euro-denominated Visa crypto prepaid card originally introduced under the Crypterium brand and available as a virtual card or plastic physical card. The product was funded through the Choise/Crypterium custodial wallet, with users converting crypto assets in their accounts into a card balance before spending. The virtual card was primarily used online and with Apple Pay, while the physical card also supported in-store merchants and ATMs. Orders are no longer accepted for either card. Choise Services UAB has entered liquidation and no longer operates the related products.

Card overview

Choise.com Card continues the Crypterium Card product system. Users could previously hold crypto assets in a custodial wallet, convert them, and top up a EUR prepaid card balance before making payments through the Visa network. The Virtual card could be used for online transactions and Apple Pay. In addition to online spending, the Plastic card could be used at physical merchants and to withdraw cash from ATMs. The card is not a bank credit card, does not provide a revolving credit limit, and restricts transactions to the available card balance. It was issued by the Lithuanian electronic money institution UAB Walletto under a Visa licence, with Crypterium AS serving as card program manager. The current product page still retains historical features and rates but clearly states that the card cannot be ordered. UAB Choise Services, the operator of Choise.com, entered liquidation in 2025.

This company is a complete scam. They closed my account without explanation, so I can no longer access it and I've lost my investment. The worst part is that despite my emails, they've all gone unanswered. Well done, thieves!

Lack of further information regarding Liquidation process and payout of held funds

Their liquidation process has taken forever and now, neither the app support team nor their support email "Requests" answer back. Their review process was due on September 2025, and then extended to November 2025. After that date no more communications have been issued, and we are already in June 2026.

Choise.com has been failing for years

Choise.com has been failing for years. Customers have been unable to withdraw funds as the system failed many years ago. Prior to that there was a “rebranding” to remove association to Crypterium which was a scam cryptocurrency ico and failed predecessor fake bank. They claim the the liquidation is being handled under EU regulator and Lithuanian regulator direction. There is no press releases from any regulator- if there is produce a copy here, There is no 3rd party administrator that legitimate liquidations require for impartiality, and they don’t share any transparency to the regulators names and no regulator has ever contacted customers. Their own website says all funds are 100% insured by BitGo - they are not- trustpilot should demand Choise provide proof of the insurance policy. They are not a licensed financial institution with EU. If you follow the links to their corporate registration it’s for an apartment rental business and the address provided is a residential house- there is no office just a web of shadow entities in Caribbean, Lithuania, Dubai and Russia to mask owners and actions. Over the past years funds have been stuck and during that time they claimed the reasons were technical. You can see some of those claims on trust-pilot, YouTube, LinkedIn going back years. Trustpilot should also take some accountability for allowing scams like this to continue. In May and June 2025 Choise flooded the reviews with fake Russian reviews all complimenting the features and UX to have a trust score spike up to over 4 out of 5. These were patently fake - the site has been unable to trade for years at this point and at that time Choise was under liquidation and the claims of great features were lies as site was inoperable. I provided that proof to trustpilot and a review that could have warned people. Trustpilot blocked my review and left those 5 star reviews complimenting features for a site that doesn’t trade and was broken and inoperable up. When I provided proof including legal documents trustpilot published my review for 1 day and then took it down again and said the decision final. Fast forward- now we know it’s a scam and more people lost money and now trustpilot lists the company as suspicious and now score drops to 2.1 overnight - if you had just investigated this earlier some people wouldn’t have lost everything. Where is any fact checking of the responses from Choise?. Why let them continuously Chaim they are being liquidated under EU and Lithuanian Regulators without trust-pilot holding them accountable to show those regulatory oversight documents. You continue to allow them to misrepresent themselves while customers are blocked about warning others. 1. The entire site is well documented as down and has been impossible to withdraw for YEARS. 2. The dates for the regulators to disburse funds have come and gone and nothing happened. 3. There is no listing on the regulator sites of oversight because it’s a voluntary liquidation and there is no administrator nor EU oversight 4. Management is linked to a string of failed scams in crypto and is launching new ones as we speak. 5. There has been no official communication to customers when the September 30 date missed and the website still isn’t transparent about the fact the company is defunct. 6. Claims about being fully insured by BitGo and EU regulated & Lithuania regulated are 100 percent false and regulators will confirm this is a privately listed apartment rental business that faked its credentials Very very sad trustpilot allowed this business to hold highly positive trust scores for the majority of 2025 - ignoring all the signs, blocking negative reviews and giving this scam a megaphone and not fact checking the claims or reviews that were praising the in liquidation and scam site

Choise Services UAB is undergoing a formal, court-registered voluntary liquidation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the applicable EU legal framework. The liquidation is conducted by a licensed Lithuanian liquidator, whose appointment and obligations are registered in the official Lithuanian company register. The company is not operating, and all efforts are focused on completing the legal liquidation process in accordance with the law. Voluntary liquidation under Lithuanian law does not involve the appointment of an external administrator unless required by court or creditors. It is supervised by statutory legal procedures and registrars. It is not equivalent to forced insolvency or regulatory intervention, and we have never claimed otherwise. All communications and requests for verification — including identity and claim validation — are conducted under mandatory AML/KYC compliance rules to prevent fraud and unauthorized access during liquidation. No entity has the right to process claims or release funds outside of this legal framework. We also strongly refute claims that we faked Trustpilot reviews. Any reviews posted are individual user submissions, and we have no ability to control, fabricate, or suppress public opinion. Accusations against our team or the platform without evidence are unacceptable and legally actionable. Regarding BitGo — Choise previously used insured custodial services for wallet storage. However, custodial arrangements and representations are not relevant to the liquidation process, which is governed by legal, not operational, obligations. We remind all users that spreading knowingly false and damaging allegations — including accusations of fraud, fabricated corporate structures, and impersonated credentials — may constitute civil defamation under Lithuanian Civil Code (Art. 2.24) and applicable EU reputation protection laws. These statements are being reviewed by our legal team. If you have a valid legal claim and have not received a response, we encourage you to contact the liquidation support channel at support@choise.com. Public accusations and unfounded conspiracy theories do not assist in resolving real user concerns.

We regret that your experience has led to disappointment, but we must clarify that Choise Services UAB is currently undergoing a formal liquidation process, conducted in accordance with Lithuanian and EU law. During this process, all users — regardless of the size of their investment — are subject to the same legal procedures set by the court-appointed liquidator. The company does not control timelines or processing steps and cannot act outside of the legal framework. We reject suggestions that the process lacks transparency. Full information about the liquidation, including claim procedures and contact points, has been made publicly available. If you have specific concerns about your claim, we encourage you to contact support@choise.com. We ask that reviews remain factual. We are committed to completing the legal process properly and in accordance with the rights of all verified claimants.
