3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canada is outside Fasset’s current card-issuance markets, while an eligible card issued in a supported country can still be used in Canada.
4. Australia：Can apply，Can use，Australia is explicitly included in Fasset’s current card-issuance countries and residents can obtain the card after completing the required identity verification.
5. South Africa：Can apply，Can use，South Africa is explicitly supported for Fasset Card issuance and residents can apply after completing the required identity verification.
6. New Zealand：Can apply，Can use，New Zealand is included in Fasset’s current card-issuance countries and residents can obtain the card after completing the required verification.
