This card is part of the Paysend Cards & Accounts ecosystem; the account supports balances in multiple fiat currencies, allowing cardholders to select a specific currency account within the app as the funding source and to re-link to a different existing currency account at any time. Fundamentally, it serves as a payment tool for cross-border transfers and multi-currency e-money accounts, rather than as a spending outlet for cryptocurrency exchanges, stablecoin accounts, or Web3 wallets. Paysend has ceased offering Cards & Accounts to new customers in the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA) who registered on or after June 8, 2023; however, existing customers who registered prior to this date may continue to use their accounts and current cards, as well as replace or issue virtual cards as needed.

1. United States：Cannot apply，Can use，U.S. residents are not currently offered a Paysend Card for their own account; Paysend Libre from the U.S. issues cards to eligible recipients abroad, while an eligible Paysend card issued elsewhere can be used for permitted purchases in the U.S.

2. United Kingdom：Cannot apply，Can use，Paysend Cards & Accounts has been closed to UK customers who registered on or after 8 June 2023, while earlier eligible customers can continue using and replacing their existing cards.

3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canada is not included in Paysend’s current card-issuance programs, but an eligible Paysend card obtained through a supported program can be used for permitted purchases in Canada.

4. Australia：Cannot apply，Can use，Australian residents can use Paysend transfer services but are not currently offered a Paysend Card, while eligible cards issued through supported programs can be used in Australia.

5. South Africa：Can apply，Can use，South Africa is a supported Paysend Libre recipient market, allowing eligible recipients of qualifying transfers to obtain a virtual Paysend Mastercard after the required registration and identity checks.

6. New Zealand：Cannot apply，Can use，New Zealand is not currently included in Paysend’s card-issuance programs, but an eligible Paysend card issued through a supported market can be used locally for permitted purchases.

7. Ireland：Cannot apply，Can use，New Irish customers cannot obtain Paysend Cards & Accounts because applications have been closed since 8 June 2023, while eligible customers registered before that date can continue using their cards.

You can trust paysend. They will transfer your money safely. Except on weekends. Sometime friday is counted. (It will be sent on monday). But the app is really good.
