Users create and control their own digital asset wallets within the app; Rizon serves solely as a software interface connecting to third-party providers like Privy and Rain, without directly holding fiat currency, digital assets, or private keys. Upon applying for a card, users can utilize stablecoin funds from their linked wallets to facilitate "card off-ramping"—whereby Rain’s payment infrastructure converts the funds into fiat currency at the point of purchase to settle with merchants—thereby eliminating the need to open a traditional bank account. 2. United Kingdom：Cannot apply，Can use，Rizon currently limits card services to residents domiciled in the United States or Latin America, but a card issued to an eligible user can be used for purchases in the UK.
3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canadian residents are outside Rizon’s current U.S. and Latin America issuance scope, while an eligible Rizon Card issued elsewhere can still be used in Canada.
4. Australia：Cannot apply，Can use，Australian residents are outside Rizon’s current permitted issuance regions, but cards issued to eligible users support international spending in Australia.

They tooked my 4000€

Rizon Has My 4000€ in hold for now more then 1 week .. and they are ignoring all my messages in all plateformes .. I’am really scared of that situation, I’ve seen many people in same situation, hope they will fix my issue so I remove this review , because I just want my client money to come back .
