Card overview

Rizon uses a non-custodial architecture. After account registration, Privy creates a user-controlled digital asset wallet, and Rizon does not hold the private keys. After users complete KYC/AML, Rain establishes the relevant accounts and smart contracts for eligible users, who can then apply for a virtual or physical Visa card. When spending, Rain's Card Off-ramp infrastructure converts supported stablecoins into fiat value and completes settlement through the Visa network. Virtual cards can be created instantly for online shopping, SaaS, and recurring subscriptions, and can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay. Physical plastic cards support contactless payments, Chip & PIN, and ATM withdrawals. Rizon also offers RizPoints, cashback, cross-border remittances, and account features such as USD/EUR, but the availability of each feature and application is subject to residence region, Rain compliance review, and specific product eligibility restrictions.

Can’t pay for the virtual card

When you create an account it asks you to pay for the virtual card but it declines any cards that i try to add. I tried multiple cards for payment and they all seem to be getting declined. Messaged support as well with no response from them.
