Tria Card

Updated: Sep 15, 2026

The Tria Card is a Visa crypto payment card offered by the Tria non-custodial multichain wallet. Users' assets remain in their personal wallets until a purchase, when BestPath automatically converts them into the fiat currency required by the merchant. The product has three tiers—Virtual, Signature, and Premium—and supports online shopping, in-store purchases, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ATM withdrawals with a physical card. Depending on the tier, it offers stablecoin cashback, purchase protection, airport lounge access, and higher spending limits. It is suitable for users who need to pay directly with multichain assets.

Tria (tria.so) is a financial platform positioned as a "self-custodial neobank." Compared to the various crypto asset management tools you have previously researched, its architecture places greater emphasis on underlying interoperability, aiming to deeply integrate DeFi protocols with everyday financial consumption experiences. Core positioning and technical architecture BestPath routing engine: This is Tria's core, operating as a decentralized infrastructure (AVS) that automatically seeks the optimal transaction execution path across 200+ blockchains, delivering a "bridge-free, gas-free" cross-chain transaction experience. Self-custodial neobank: Despite the "neobank" label, it emphasizes non-custodial attributes, meaning users interact through a bank-like app interface, but control of funds remains with the user (typically using account abstraction technology with social recovery, aiming to avoid the complexity of traditional seed phrase management). Multi-functional integration: It combines a Visa payment card (supporting Apple/Google Pay), spot trading, perpetual contract trading (integrating Hyperliquid, etc.), and on-chain wealth management, attempting to become a unified financial operating system for Web3 users.

Card overview

After obtaining an invitation code and purchasing a card plan, users must submit personal details, identity documents, and a live selfie in the mobile app to complete KYC. The card can be topped up from a Tria wallet or an external wallet and supports networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, BSC, Aptos, and Solana. Top-up assets are converted into the card balance, and transactions are settled through the Visa network. Virtual provides only a virtual card, Signature adds a plastic physical card, and Premium provides a physical metal card. All three plans support online and mobile payments through the virtual card. Signature and Premium also support physical merchants, ATMs, airport lounges, and higher cashback. Membership plans renew annually, and fees, limits, and issuance terms follow either the US or international version depending on the user's region of residence.

Tria: Crypto & Cards Google Play review - 5 star

edit: I think they have held up their side of the bargain and still offering perks ... enjoying the cashbacks ,might edit the review if the cashbacks also end up like the season 1 airdrop fiasco where promises were NOT kept. Let's see how it ends up if it is how it's supposed to be ,will make it 5 stars ...

Tria: Crypto & Cards Google Play review - 1 star

Using a virtual card for small, one-off online purchases is standard security practice, but Tria's $10 minimum top-up combined with their zero-withdrawal rule completely breaks that use case. If you just want to buy a $3 subscription or a $4 item, you are forced to lock up $10, leaving $6 to $7 permanently trapped on the Visa network. Add off-ramp mechanism so one can move the funds back to main accout after using the card
