2. United Kingdom：Can apply，Can use，UK residents are explicitly included in the current European issuance program and can apply after completing the required identity verification.
3. Canada：Cannot apply，Can use，Canada is not included in the current issuance-country list, but an eligible card obtained elsewhere can still be used for local merchant payments.
4. Australia：Can apply，Can use，Australian citizens and eligible residents are included in the APAC issuance program, and Australia also supports the physical card.
5. South Africa：Can apply，Can use，South African residents are explicitly included in the current Europe, Africa and LATAM card program and can apply after completing identity verification.
6. New Zealand：Cannot apply，Can use，New Zealand is not included in the current APAC issuance list, but cards issued to eligible users elsewhere can still be used locally.
7. Ireland：Can apply，Can use，Ireland is part of the EEA and its residents are therefore included in the current European issuance program after completing the required identity verification.
