Card overview

RedotPay operates by assigning card programs based on the user's country of residence, including a Hong Kong Visa program and a Singapore Visa program. The Hong Kong program settles card transactions by freezing and converting digital assets or virtual account balances in the account; the Singapore program defines the RedotPay Card as a Visa debit card that can be linked to a custodial wallet or smart contract vault. After completing KYC, users can choose a virtual card, physical card, or Solana Card, and spend supported assets such as USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and SOL. Starting January 21, 2026, newly issued cards will be settled in USD; old cards may still retain HKD settlement. Specific spending limits are displayed in the app by the system based on the user and card program.
